Due to the nature of liquidation sales, all items are sold as-is and are final sale, meaning they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We recommend thoroughly reviewing product descriptions, conditions, and images before purchase.
Exceptions
While all sales are final, we understand that rare circumstances may arise. We will consider exceptions under the following conditions:
- The product received is significantly different from the description.
- A shipping error occurred, resulting in the wrong item being delivered.
Requesting a Return or Exchange

Damaged or Incomplete Pallets
Pallets are sold in bulk and may contain mixed-condition items, including overstock, returned, and damaged goods. This variability is reflected in the discounted pricing, and we cannot offer returns or exchanges for pallet contents.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
